Telekom Srbija announced that it will pay a dividend to shareholders in the gross amount of 8.40 dinars per share, it was published on the Central Register, Depository, and Clearing House. The day that establishes the list of shareholders entitled to a dividend is June 20, 2023, and the calculation date for dividend payment will be December 26.
The payment of the dividend to the shareholder Republic of Serbia will be made directly from Telekom’s account, while payment to all other shareholders will be made through the Central Depository.
The total amount of dividends paid to shareholders amounts to 2.48 billion dinars. This decision comes after the company achieved good business results during the year, with a net profit of 22 billion dinars, according to a press release from Telekom Srbija.
